This hotel is one of the most friendliest and caring hotels I’ve ever been in. Ms. Marina (the GM) makes sure that everything is being well taken care of and doesn’t want to leave a guest unsatisfied. And Milton Is just as amazing as he does everything in his power to make sure everything is well taken care of to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Great service from Ana — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Even though the elevators were down, she showed genuine empathy for the situation and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. We actually debated not staying because of the inconvenience, but Ana’s friendly and professional demeanor ultimately convinced me to stay with my family. I’m here for 5 days, and I’m hopeful the elevator will be fixed at some point during our stay. P.S. It’s not the hotel’s fault that the elevators are down — these things happen. But Ana’s exceptional service really made a difference.

Ana was amazing! She was super kind, helpful, and always had a great attitude. She always had something to say to strike up a conversation and made us feel welcome right away. Any time we needed something, she was quick to help and made sure we were taken care of. She really went above and beyond to make our stay better. You can tell she truly cares about the guests. This is great. It would be great if they had a vending machine for snacks & travel size shampoos. Every one Is amazing here. Great job. Maintenence guy. Round of applause for you man. Real good. Experience no issues at all everything was good. For the price booked on Airbnb for 60 dollars with breakfast you can't beat that deal
Ana was incredible. I had some issues with my initial booking since I used a third party company. The issue was on the other companies end and even though Ana did not have to help, she graciously helped me fixed the issue. I was able to get into my room after a short wait. Thanks Ana! Saved me a lot of time. 5/5 stars.
I had a great stay at Comfort Inn Plano – Dallas! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming.
